A narrative counts once per parcel per generation. If a parcel is re-narrated after a fresh signal, it counts again. Generated only for parcels on the shortlist.
Parcels moved into a member's pipeline.
Counts the act of spending a credit. Does not count assignments closed. Does not count revenue. Closed-deal counters will appear here when the data is audited.

Open county ArcGIS REST endpoints. Refreshed nightly. Parcels missing fields are flagged for fallback ingestion, not silently inferred.
Foreclosure + tax
Public records, refreshed daily where the source supports it. Latency by source is logged.
Member counters
Workspace-internal: deals claimed, narratives generated, dialer minutes. Aggregated and posted to the live counter only after the daily audit job completes.
