Built because the stack kept breaking.

I built ButteRE because I was tired of paying four bills to do one job, and watching cold lists rot because nobody had a four-paragraph reason to dial them.

For years I ran a wholesaling stack the way most operators do: a parcel data tool, a list builder, a door-knocking app, and a dialer. Each one charged for its slice. Each one had a quirk. None of them talked to each other. Mondays were spent moving CSVs around. Fridays were spent realizing the leads had aged out.

What I wanted was simple. One workspace. Real distress scoring. A write-up I could trust before I picked up the phone. If a vendor sold all three, I'd have just paid them. None of them did.

So I built it. ButteRE scans every county API, scores every parcel for distress signals, and writes a four-paragraph deal brief that lives next to the dialer. The same workspace logs the call, sets the followup, and moves the parcel through pipeline stages. The math is on the page. The pricing is round numbers. The AI is named because it's the product, not a vendor lift.

The hardest part wasn't the data. It was deciding what NOT to ship. Every quarter I get pitched on adding a "trust score" or a "buyer-matching engine" or a "dynamic pricing tier". The answer has been no every time. The product does the four jobs I needed it to do when I was running the stack. It does them better than the four tools I used to pay for. That's the whole bet.
